Conditions:

• The daily rates are per room per night for two persons inclusive of applicable taxes.
• High season daily rate is inclusive of self-serviced continental breakfast available from 6.30 am. - 10.00 am.
• Free of charge for one child under 12 years old sharing existing bedding with parents is chargeable for breakfast at THB 100. If more than one child, an extra bed will be automatically applied at 500 THB per bed per night.
• The monthly rates are exclusive of 7 THB/unit for electricity and 300 THB/month for water supply.
• For monthly rate, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent shall be paid in full together with the minimum of one month’s rent upon check - in.
• In case of early departure before the end of contract, the security deposit and any advance payments will not be refunded to the guest.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
